First Capital Consumers Group ripoff Dishonest people led me to believe I was getting a $4500 line cedit limit never recieved it and they kept my money Ontario canada
First capital Consumers Group gave me a call offering me a credit card with a limit of $4500.00 in order to get that credit card i would have to pay $200.00 up front to get that, a couple of weeks went by and i never recieved the card, tried calling could never get a hold of anyone ended up costing me $131.00 in long distant cahrges to them.
finally i get a hold of someone and they tell me that i will get a package in the mail, got it and it was nothing they say put return to sender on the package thay sent to me to get a refund did and did not get anything, called back they say send a copy of the bak statement showing we took out the money and fax it and in a couple of days you will get a refund of $199.00 still have not gotten my money back. this all happend on June 10th 2002 it is now September 6th 2002.
