The phone call was early and i was told that I was pre approved for two credit cards, a computer and a cell phone. I was interested. I didn't want the computer. Already have a cell phone and was planning to send it back anyway. I was going to use the credit line to purchase a computer rather than financing it through a computer company.
I was told that the cards would have a 4.9% financing rate and needed a computer for a lot of drafting work and programs that take up quite a bit of space. They calle on April 9th. They had me do a check over the phone on April 17th. Two weeks later i was to receive everything.
Over a month later, with seven finals left to take where I'm hand drawing architectural and mechanical designs which only takes about ten times the amount of time it could be done on Autocad, after receiving a bank statement where the total of 219.00 has been cleared, and left with nothing to show for it, but the ability to say that I've called this "company" fourteen times and all i have gotten is voicemail after voicemail.
So, basically, i guess that's business right? Well, maybe it's just a way of getting in one last screw. After all, "be quick with the message as long distance rates do apply." Am I mad. I'm trying to get through this semester, pay rent this month, work every day that the sun rises, and deal with people who think that if they can legitamitely construct a business, they can run it as they wish and they don't have to care to much about the little people once they first get their hands on the money. Yeah, I'm a bit pissed off, when I have the time.
