First Capital Consumers ripoff New york CALIFONIA
I been charge on my cheking Account $199.00
they said I been approved for credit card $5,000
interest is only 9%. but I dont know what kind of credit card is that. they said they will sent me the card with free cellular phone but till now I did not recieved anything but they already deduct the $199.00 on my checking account already.
why is that? is that supposed to be like that?
Whoever is the Manager of this Company please contact
me as soon as possible.....
I need to know what kind of credit card is it????
I try to contact this "FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS"
but the tel nos 1800-787-1583 is not working. in our place
