First Capital Consumers ripoff made promises could not keep told lies took money out of my account 4 months ago will not contact me to let me know what is going on Ontario
On May 19,2002 First Capital Consumers deducted $219.00 from my checking account with the agreement they would send me a membership for discounts in medical and legal services and a MasterCard with a credit limit of $2500.00 and Visa with a limit of $2000.00. After a couple of monthes of not hearing from them, I started to try and contact them. I spent over $50.00 in long distance calls leaving messages about my concerns. Thet never returned my calls so I contacted you.
I was finally able to reach someone in thier office. For the next 2 monthes they told me one lie after another as to why my cards have not arrived and that I could expect them the following week, just to please hold on.
Now I can't reach any body.
