First Capital Consumers ripoff Toronto Canada New York
promised a credit card with a credit limit of at least 2500.00 and another with a limit of 2000.00 and never recieved any. Paid 199.00 debit from checking in june 21, 2002, after several phnoe calls to first capital consumers i have not had any results with a refund.
