First Capital TXR Norm Hollander took $10,000 from the Saginaw Centre for expenses and never got them a loan New York New York
Prior to January 2003 we were told by First Capial that they had a lender for a refinance of the Saginaw Centre; however they needed $10,000 wired immediately so they would have money for expenses. i.e a walk through, among other items. $10,000 was wired March 10, 2003 the walk through was to be immediate, the walk through occured on 4.10.2003 and was done by Larry Gresack.
when i picked Larry up from the Airport he informed me that his company had lost the package. I gave him mine. Every item they requested was furnished by my client however no loan was forthcoming.. eventually they had my client call another lender direct and they requested another deposit and the commission demand was higher than that of First Capital, the lender also informed my client that he had no relationship with First Capital. The commitment issued by First Capital indicated that in the event they could not obtain financing and the client had furnished all of the requested materials needed to process the loan A REFUND OF THE UNUSED PORTION OF THE DEPOSIT WOULD BE FORTHCOMMING.. this refund $10,000 less the plane fare has been requested several times and Norm Hollander has not even had the courtsey to discuss the situation with me or my client. I BELIEVE THE MAN BELONGS IN PRISON.

Saginaw Centre - April 8, 2004 I am shocked that this would appear because it is very far from the truth and I will now give you the truth. I was involved with First Capital as an employee for about one year. I do not remember the Saginaw Business Centre transaction but I will tell you a little bit about what happened with First Capital TXR. The former owner named Richard Dombroff is now in jail for 5- 15 years because of a felony conviction from a prior involvement called DS Capital. I was not with First Capital during this alleged time of the Saginaw Centre rip-off. However, it did concide with Dombrff's trial on DS Capital and I later found out through a former employee that he used my name to mask his and his current legal problems at that time. Telling people he was me and that he would refund money quite a low life. As an aside, I also found out that he wrote legal letters under my name threatening people who wanted refunds. Quite a person, but he is right now where he should be. First Capital TXR is history as to be expected. However, I can help this Tom form Saginaw Centre possibly get a refund by showing him how he can file charges against Richard's house and his wife who must probably sell very shortly. It is the only way possible. Have Tom call me at the number listed above or send me an e-mail. If I can help him I will. But this ripoff report is far from the truth and must be removed immediately.
