First Collection Services FCS Buggus Energy Billing Mabelvale Arkansas
I have been contacted by First Collection Services by letter, stating my Account with Center Point is delincuent. This account has been closed because is a rental property and my tenants are paying for the bill.
I made payments to that account before the tenants and I have my cheks cleared by the bank. I have no other bills. I was contacted by CenterPoint a while ago in regards my account, I called them back and nobody anser the phone, I wauted for aprox 15 min. I tried next day, but nobody answer. I have contacted them by email customer service and no answer.
I tried calling the collection company but the pho is not working. It is hard to tell the nature of those charges since I paid for all services till the day before tenants moved in and I haven't received any bills.
I think this collection company is fraudulent for, number one, their phone is not even dialing, and two, there's no paper or bill that states my debt to CenterPoint.
If anybody could help me, I appreciate it.
