DOWN WITH FCNB... BURY THE BUMS!!

My accounts were paid to FCNB in Sept. 2002 thru a collection agency Genesis Financial Solutions. In August 2003 they gave my account to Peencro Associates for collection. They want double payment on accounts I settled in 2002. They went bankrupt and went crazy, turning over every account they ever had to Platinum Recovery Soulutions, and are trying to collect on debts they wrote off, or that are settled.

I feel sorry for all of you that got screwed by them. They are scandalous. They are regulated by the Controller of the Currency. Here is their number. I suggest we all file a complaint with this agency and put a stop to them.

Read the letter AL 2004-4, Secured Credit Cards at the bottom of that site. It warned them of these practices. Now lets enforce it!

GOOD LUCK, I'm not going to pay twice, and I'm going to get his leech collection agency off my back. Also send a letter to the OTC Office of Thrift Supervision..
