I signed up with Merchant Warehouse to process my credit cards. Big mistake. A customer over the Internet gave me a card for services. I ran the card with all the information given and it was approved.  Fantastic right. Wrong.

Merchant Warehouse contacts me and tells me that there is a hold on my account for fraud. (Telling me I am in suspicion of fraud). I give them the information and they get back to me telling me that in fact it was fraud. Fine I am glad I did not become a victim of it.

Later that month the charge me $ 457.27 for running that card. I called and told them funds were never put in my account and never did business with this client. Please credit my card back. They also charged me $ 323.75 for processing another card. I filled out all documents and money was to be issued back.

A month goes by and no money was returned to my account. I get online and realize they have recently charged me $ 3000. for the same transaction. So far they have charged me almost $3800. No return calls, no return emails.

I called them this morning September 29, 2009. I was transferred eight ( 8 ) times. Finally i was disconnected. I recalled them and they told me who was in charged of my account and it happens to be the person who is not returning my calls or e mails.

I do not process cards with them anymore and they told me I cannot process for five years now due to I have a fraud issue on my account now. I do not care. I just want my money back.

I am a small business. Yesterday they debited that $ 3000. and it also cost me $ 350 in overdraft fees and currently returned a payroll check as well.

I invoice my clients on a monthly basis and this hurts me right now.

Please help me and Please whatever you do, do not do business with them!

They sound just like crescent processing out of Dallas. It's either SLOW pay or NO PAY. It took them 18 days to credit our account $300. They don't return phone calls either.
