I was using electronic payment solutions for cc processing for my samll business, I was told there was no contract and that the terminal was a placement, I was told there was no contract and I was only agreeing to the % fees for the processing, after I cancelled with them I find out I have a 48 month lease with First data global leasing for $ 3,500 for a machine worth $ 300 and the chip reader never worked, they turned me to hunter warefield a collections company, if you have a complaint about them go to classadvocate.com/classaction.php?1d=1573 and file a report
