Mortgage companies come and go. First Guarantee Mortgage is here to stay. With the amount of stupid people in the country that continue to do business with them, there is no way they will close there doors. Yes they do hire underachiving employies to sell there high cost mortgages. Yes they do teach them to rip people off. If you want to help the cause, people must stop working there. Let the Banking Department understand that they change HUD's after closings. Rape people, and add to the problem by helping customers into foreclosures. When do people make so much money. Well lets look at the car lot at FGM.....

I am a former employee and let me tell you.. visit www.broward.org and search county records for the owners name stephen lalonde and see the long list of people he owes! Along with bouncing employee paychecks every payday. We raced each other to the bank to be the first to get out money and be sure we were not the last.
