First Hudson Leasing Will not replace non working equipment and won't let me out of the lease Cleveland Ohio
I had a lease with First Hudson Leasing for a credit card terminal I had 20 months to go, on a 4 year contract. Charging me $95 a month, first rippoff. My equipment broke and I could no longer swipe credit cards. I was on the phone every day for a week trying to get my problem solved. They refused to replace the equipment they insisted that I had to upgrade to the "platinum" package to contnue with their service. I argued and kept calling different people because I did not want to start my lease over for 4 more years. It was never resolved, and I no longer accept credit cards. This company keeps sending me a bill every month for a service I no longer use and equipment that does not work!! They claim that I cannot cancel the lease and I have to pay the remaining 20 months. This is totally unacceptable. In my opinion, they broke the agreement by not giving working equipment so I could continue taking credit cards. Terrible ripoff.

Just like everybody else I fell for this rip off. I had a small business before and I sold it due to economy crisis. So I retuned the machine and they still want me to pay for the balance of over three thousand dollars. First of all they charged me more than what they told me and both Electronic Merchant Systems and First Hudson Leasing were charging me so much that I couldn't keep up with my own business bills anymore. When I lost my business, they sent collection letters and they turned me over to a lawyer, so now the lawyers office kept calling me for the money.
