Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Several people from "First IRS" have called my home number on numerous occasions indicating that I owe for a payday loan, last time I used a payday loan was when I was in the Military over 5 years ago.

After several violent conversations, I was told that if I did not pay 1500.00 to them that day that the sherrif would be out to my home in Texas to arrest me and then I would have to pay. One day I came home from work and there were 6 missed calls and 4 voicemails from the same company about this.

I know that they can not take me to jail because I owe a debt, my wife works for a collections lawfirm and she said that this company has broken every FDCPA violation known to man just in my case alone.

I would like to just know who the original creditor is so I can call them and find out why they think I owe this. First IRS would not give me this information.

I was called a loser and told to grow up when I offered to make payments on it, even though I didn't feel that I owe it but when you deploy to other countries, and have a wife who doesn't take care of business like she should its hard telling if I owe this or not... If I do owe it I would like to pay it, but without knowing the creditor that I owe I refuse to pay it, and that is my right!

I just hope that the way this company represents themselves is controlled because its just really wrong that they talk to humans the way they do.

Did these people have a very heavy foreign accent?  If so don't bother taping them or doing any research.  This is a SCAM.

The next time they call you can let them know you know it is a scam and they should stop bothering you knowing they are not going to get any money out of you.  Or you can "have some fun" with them in various ways.  Such as if they ask you for the phone number of your attorney give them the number to the local police or FBI office.

start taping those calls

First off I would get a tape recorder and start taping those calls.  I am not an attorney.  Now, I would suggest hiring a National assocation consumer attorney (NACA) research it on the web.
You also can file a complaint with your attorney general. as well as the state that this agency resides in.

You can demand debt validation within 30 days of contact.  Try that.  I would also goto Debtorboards on the web.  They are a com.  Put the two together and you have their address.
the advice  is free.   They are non profit org.  they do have attorneys that help to some degree.

dO NOT GIVE THEM BANK INFO.   You need to be proactive then reactive.  Monitor the clerk of courts for suits.  Find out what the statute of limitations is for your state.  Keep your chin up and fight them.  If they take it to court then demand discovery.  I believe you don't owe this money.  Never pay them fight them.  Tape the conversations and Hire a NACA attorney.  They sometimes will take it on a contigency basics.  Try DEBTORBOARDS ON THE INTERNET.
