First IRS First Integral Recover, LLC I had a debt consolidation for payday loans and had a settlement on one of them through another collection agency. First IRS is trying to tell me I still owe on this loan when I have proof that it was Houston, Texas
I had a debt consolidation for payday loans and had a settlement on one of them through another collection agency. First IRS is trying to tell me I still owe on this loan when I have proof that it was paid off. I have it in writing from the collection agency stating the debt is paid. I have faxed this to First IRS 2 or 3 times and they continue to call and harrass me. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission but never heard anything back from them. I used their web site to report First IRS. I'm to the point now that I'd like to sue them for harassment but I can't afford an attorney.
