First IRS Threatened to call my employer about a "hot" check and accused me of not paying my bills, said they were a litigation firm and where filing a lawsuit for deception theft Houston, Texas
I received a phone call from First IRS at work stating that they were a litigation firm and were getting ready to sue me for deception theft stemming from a payday loan that was outstanding. Yes i do have an outstanding payday loan but i did not write anyone a hot check, as was stated. The lady was very rude and abusive. When i asked to speak to her supervisor i was left on hold perpetually.
