First Line Security And Security Associates International, Inc. I find it unbelievable that both First Line Security and Security Associates International, Inc. do not have to uphold their end of the contract while holding their customers at a higher standard than they hold themselves. First Line Security sold us a security system June 9, 2007; the system did not work. We made an appointment the technician called and cancelled due to some conflicting appointment. After rescheduling and cancelling 5 additionaly appointments from July to Decmeber 2007. Keep in mind it was always First Line that cancelled the apppointments. Which by the way required a full day or rearranging my schedule. They generally cancelled 15 minutes after they were already late. Needless to say they finally followed through on December 21, 2008 (over 6 months from installation). The technician informed me that the system was installed incorrectly and had to make several hours of repair. I was also told that First Line would report to SAI to refund the monitoring since there was nothing to monitor from June to December. Nothing happened. Again. I have a logg of dates, times and persons I spoke with, doesn't matter. First Line filed bankruptcy, SAI apparently has "no record" of my complaints. I'm left with 2 years and 2 months left on a 3 year contract that I am very unhappy with. What a way to do business. There won't be anyone in my school, church, community and work that doesn't hear about the poor business practices both companies have demonstrated.
