Let’s look at the original report and the owner’s response and see if we can divine the truth. Research verifies that Alexander Arzetti was formerly known by the name, Mark Hernandez. Mr. Arzetti, claims that First Line Staffing has been in business for more than 10 years. A check of the California Secretary of State website reveals this to be a false statement. First Line Staffing was incorporated in California on May 11, 2010. Of course, Mr. Arzetti could have been operating under a different name and the original report makes this claim. A prior staffing company, First Option Staffing was incorporated on July 6, 2009 by the same Alexander Mark Arzetti. This company was formerly located at 2030 E. 4th Street in Santa Ana and is now closed. Why did First Option Staffing close down and First Line Staffing open? It’s a common practice in the staffing industry to change your name, move to a new address and reopen under a slightly different name in order to hold on to existing clients but run away from either workers compensation injury claims or government tax issues. Is First Line Staffing operating under a legitimate Workers Compensation policy? This can only be verified by contacting the insurance provider and determining if the policy has been issued to First Line Staffing. It is a common practice for staffing companies to “Piggyback” on a policy without the knowledge of the insurance carrier. When the carrier is faced with a substantial injury claim and finds that the injured employee was working under a Piggybacking arrangement, the claim is denied. The attorney for the insured employee brings legal action against the staffing agency and the client company where the injury occurred. That’s when the staffing agency disappears leaving the client to face the legal action brought by the attorney of the injured employee. **Beware of staffing agencies that change their name - this is a major red flag. Your company could be held liable for unpaid taxes and workplace injuries even though the employees were provided by the staffing agency. Always verify that employer taxes are being paid and that Workers Compensation insurance is legitimate. Insurance certificates are often and easily faked. Contact the insurance carrier directly and verify that the staffing agency you are using is the named insured on the policy. If not, change agencies immediately.

Your state not only doesnt use E Verify as mandatory but has laws to help you not use it since it was easy to find out heres what i found.California E Verify law is named AB 1236 and was signed into law on In October, 2011, Gov. Jerry Brown signed AB1236 into law. The law prohibits state municipalities from passing mandatoy E-Verify ordinances. So this in fact means that you lied to use here at this forum and before u speak of preessing charges on someone=which u didnt u may want to get your facts straight.Bragging your companys uses somthing u can not prove it does and also if u could im sure u wouldnt run the known undocumented workers if you/arent foced to which you are NOT!

Are you sure your State requires the use of E Verify? To my knowloedge only one state requires that and even if it was the law in your state you would only have to check new employees not the existing ones. And why i have i heard about this company and the fact that illegals work there i wonder? Please verify that E Verify is the law were u live because otherwise your speaking of a program your not forced to use and wont be able to prove all your employees use.The practices of using illegals to pay them less and help companys get rich while citizens lose jobs is getting old.Funny how the owner says he knows who did this. Please owner answer when E Verify was mandatory in your state number1 then prove even if it was did u run your former employees through it=since thats not been stated here .Number 2 tell us why your companys keeps making Name changes.3rd u cant threaten that he broke the law unless you can prove these things. Can you?

This statement is completely false. Our company has been in business for more than 10 years providing excellent service to our community. We are currently registered with the City of Santa Ana which is also a public record that any company can verify our business license. First Line Staffing is also registered with the Homeland Security Department to process all E-Verify for every employee that we place with our clients. First Line Staffing does not hire illegal aliens and we take our business very serious. Our workers compenstation insurance is a well known company not only in California but also nation wide. Our workers comp company has paid every work related injury claim filed and in some cases paid compensation to the employee. First Line Staffing also files the adequate employee and employer taxes with the State of California Franchise tax department. Lastly but not least, we treat all of our employees with dignitiy and respect not only our temps but our in house staff. This statement was posted by a former employee that was terminated for not perferming their duties. Legal actions have been taken against this individual for defamation of character.
