First National Business Network ripoff Internet
First National Business Network agent once contacted me with a business credit proposal that I may review and try for 7 days.
With unclear agenda in their program I immediately called back to cancel but they refuse to reverse the charge from my account and told me that it have been forwarded to my bank and it is irreversable. Nevertheless, they will send me gas coupon worth 1,000 usd to cover the charges with a little extra.
I am still waiting in my mail From December 13, 2003 for the said gas coupon. From my last conversation with the same agent she told me that maybe the address was changed, so I verified my address with her and told me that to call her up if I still do not receive the gas coupon on Monday a week later. Since then all I get is an answering machine and I have neither receive my refund nor the gas coupon.
I really beleive this is a rip-off, clearly my cancellation claim was legitimate because of the fact it was done before the end of the 7 days grace period and that they admitted their failure to return money in their inability to reverse the charge and by just compensating me back with a gas coupon worth 1,000 usd instead. In addition, First National Business Network begin to remove money from my account during the 7 day period.
Lastly, from the day I reviewed the package brosure sent to me by email last December 13 I have been trying to follow-up but it seems that the number given to me and found in the web-site does not exist anymore - unless they have means to block my call from the caller-id.
