FIRST NATIONAL CREDIT ripoff/fradulent credit card/false advertisement / consumer fraud ripoff ALISO VIEJO California
I received a letter in the mail which guarenteed me a 15,000 credit limit for a credit card, all I had to do was send 43.00 to have the card mailed to me within 14 business days. My bank has cleared the check I wrote them close to a month ago and I still havent recieved anything from them.
Since there wasnt a phone number where they could be reached I called information and after a few calls I received this number: 1-800-799-1003 I have called everyday for 2weeks 3different times a day and each time I call a recording comes on saying.." due to the high call volume they can only assist those with an account number anyone else who has a question or comment write them a letter or fax them at :1-800-890-8282.
Only to find out that fax number is not a working number. After reviewing the rest of the complaints I will not stop hounding them until I receive my 43.00. Even if I have to fly to California and wait to see who picks up the mail at the address shown to be the company address. I am determined to get my money back and maybe a little more, for the hassle and distress they have caused me.
