My daughter got ripped off by this company a year ago when they were operating under the disguise of Capital Credit. The phone number they supplied was always conveniently out of order.
Now I'm getting the exact same form from First National Credit. I have reported this scam to my local post office as using the US mail system to run a scam is a federal offense!
It seems they like to relocate in different parts of California and change their name.
Can't the authorities in California find these people? If you get a blue and white form in a plain brown envelope with a return address for First National Credit or Capital Credit, turn it over to your local postmaster so that these ripoffs can be tracked down from all directions!
