First Point Loans scam, rip off Wichita Kansas
I was searching for a Christmas loan, when I came across Firat point loans. I submitted my application online. Then within minutes I received a phone call from Own Adams. He started out as my representative. He told me that I would only have to send 900 dollars and 5000 would be wired to my acount in 24 hrs if I do a money gram through wal-mart and the will reimburse my money gram fee.
I was skeptical at first be I really needed the money gor chistmas and to pay off some late bills. The next day I received a call from James Greene. He said that there was a problem between sommebody. I can't remember who, but anyway he said that I needed to send another 900 hundred dollars , so that my funds would be released. I told him that I wasn't sending anymore money and just give me my money back. I told him that i needed my money back asap becase i sent my work check and I needed to pay my bills.
He told me that I would have to be their next pay period. So I got very upset and kept calling back to speak with someone else, but it always went back to him. So I asked to speak with the person that was over him and he told me that he was the person that I needed to speak with. I was told that my money would be sent off on the 14th of Dec 2007 and I would receive it on the 15th of Dec 2007. I tried to call and make sure that my money was sent of on the 14th of Dec. 2007, but I could not get through with the given number. I then resorted to the internet and i could not pull up anything from the website. That's when Iwent to the link that had information dealing with this company and other perople stating that it was a scam.
