I've read through most of these complaints. If you do the same you'll see the tone of most of the employee rebuttals characterize perfectly the attitude of the company to the individual. I've also seen false claims on both sides of the arguments. But most of the complaints on this site, if exaggerated slightly, are true. For example, I saw where an employee stated that there should be no holds on autodrafts or money orders, but this isn't the case. The company must do that to everyone. As you can read from my grievance above, they did it to me and are still doing it. Bottom line: I've already alerted the FTC as to their practices. I've already spoken with an attorney. I'm going to alert my bank to notify me if any unapproved attempts to gain access to my checking account occur; this as my change in account numbers take place. I'm not sure what to do with this account yet. Part of me wants to keep it open and monitored in case of any wrong-doing. The other simply wants to pay it off and move on. Whichever option I choose, I'll definitely have other eyes open as to what's happening and will take appropriate action if need be.
