First Premier Bankcard Monthly service fee on cancelled card Sioux Falls South Dakota
I have repeatedly asked that the card be cancelled for three months. I have not charged on the account for over a year. After a great deal of time and effort, we paid off the balance and requested that the card be cancelled.
They refuse (! ?) to cancell the card and refuse to discontinue to charge the account with a monthly service charge of $6.50. Now my total in $19.00. They honestly call me at work repeatedly to harass me about paying this fee to them. I continually tell them that I have not used their card, I have incurred no interest fees and I WILL not pay their service charge on a card that I request to be cancel. They have continually threatened me with credit bureau reporting ect.
I won't go into their horrible scams on 'over limit charges', and the rest. But they are terrible Rip off artists.
