First Priority Pay, New Jersey They impounded state and federal taxes and did not pay or file it. They also made a suspicious error. We are a very small company and we had one part time employee to start. instead of 8 hours they Internet
We hired First Priority Pay starting August, 2009 when we hired a part time employee. They impounded state and federal taxes and did not pay or file them. They also made a wierd error when our employee only had 8 hours in two weeks, they paid her for forty hours which was over a thousand dollars in taxes. Even with numerous calls and e-mails from me, they never corrected the error.
We decided to call First Priority Pay because I was pregnant with too much to do. This was an extremely stressful experience. I just found out that they still have not corrected errors or paid our taxes. The phone number and website is no longer current. From this website and another source, it appears FPP did the same thing to numerous businesses.
I owe thousands in taxes and three quarters of taxes to file. I am just getting back from maternity leave and trying to figure this out. I contacted ADP who acquired them, but have not gotten a response.
