I am a single woman living in my first home and was having christmas at my new home for the first time. November 2nd my heater died on me. Now my brother who lives in Colorado is a fairly successful HVAC repair tech who could have easily taken care of my heating issue for free. I waited but could not take it anymore and decided to call "First Resource Heating and Air" so I would have heat for christmas.

 

Cosmin showed up on the 13th and I am not sure what exactly he needed to do in my house, but he did look at the thermostat and some other things. However, they tracked actual mud through my house and knicked a painting of my grandparents off my wall and shattered the glass. After securing my dog away from the glass and cleaning up (which they made no mention to the fact they did anything) I found them outside in the heater. The heater was "repaired" and I was billed. I noticed some odd smells in the house and thought nothing of it.  What I do know is when my brother got here on the 23rd he was able to look at my heating unit and quickly take care of the situation and he said he had never seen such amature work in his life, and we found SCOTCH TAPE inside my heating unit.

I am the President of First Resource Heating and Air Inc. We have no knowledge or record of this incident. We take pride in treating our customers like family. We have been registered with the Better Business Bureau for over 4 years and have not had a single complaint and are holding a steady "A rating". The Better Business Bureau(BBB)  investigates customer complaints ensuring that they are legitimate and properly taken care of. All complaints are noted on their website even if it is a false complaint and all interaction between customers are noted and accessible to the public.
