First Select credit card ripoff artists Nationwide
In 2003 we applied for a home loan and discovered First Select had placed a judgement against me. This is the first that I had even heard of this company! The bank never found the company and I inquired at the courthouse about the judgement and was told that they knew nothing about it either. Now 6 years later I'm being taken to court to revive a judgement for not only the supposed original amount of 2108.00 but also 2500.00 in interest at 19.90% and 257.00 in court cost. How can this company continue to get away with this! All they seem to be doing is changing their name and continuing to rip off the people of the United States. It is time to stand up to them and let the courts know what they are doing.
