Fisk Logging - Robert W. Fisk RIPOFF, He cut my hardwood trees, took them, and kept the money Cincinnatus New York
This person came on to my property and surveyed my trees. Robert told me that there was about 10 to 15 real good hardwood trees. We shook hands and looked each other in the eyes. Robert had to cut a winding trail through 12 acres to make the cuts.
December, 2004 it was done, some wood went 1 way some went another way. I did talk to him and he told me he got the checks, cashed them and kept the money, his wife threw me off there property screaming that I didn't have a contract. New York DEC says it isn't timber thieft because I had a contract, get a Lawyer, hire a Forester at about $3,000.00 to do the survey and sue. Yes why didn't I think of that, but Robert Fisk, Cincinnatus, NY is a THEIF, and I can't put him in jail.
PS: Robert W. Fisk didn't cut down 10 to 15 hardwoods, he cut down over 30 hardwoods + there was about 20 trees marked with a big blue X, and left about 50 full cords of wood on the ground, which I as a disabled Vet can't get to.
