fitfac.com fraudulent charges Nevada
on nov. 25th, 2008 i ordered a free sample of acai berry and was charged a shipping charge of $3.95 which i charged to my credit card. i was told that the product would be shipped the same day and i had 14 days from the shipping date to cancel any future orders.
i did not receive the product by 12/5/08 so i called them and told them that i was cancelling any future orders and that i had met there 14 day cancellation requirement. i was told that i was cancelled and no more shipments would be sent. they did not wait the 14 days and charged my credit card $29.95 on dec. 3rd,2008, 2 days prior to my cancellation call.
on jan.2, 2009 another $29.95 was charged to my credit card. i have never received any more products either. there many complaints of rip off, unauthorized charges, and fraud and you can see them by using google and typing in www.fitfac.com. their phone number 866-407-1022 is invalad as i tried to call it and it was not in service and their www.fitfac.com does not respond either. i have contacted my credit company and the are going after them to refund the unauthrize charges made on my account.
