Fitness Blowout / Jim "Super Gym" Rosen Super Gym's Warehouse Took my $5175.00, 8wks later still, nothing. Los Angeles, California
Ordered a new Stairmaster Stepmill 916 for $5175.00 on 5/17/2010. As of 7/6/2010, have not received. Numerous calls to customer service, serveral voicemails left, no call backs. Was informed on 6/23/2010 that the stepmill was shipped on 6/16/2010 from the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer, they informed me no such shipment had occured.
