Jim (Rosen owner of this company which touts itself as LARGEST distributor of new and used fitness equipment in the US.), on april 4 I called your 800# and no one picked up so I went on the chat and no body chatted with me so I called back the 800# and YOU picked up .It was my time maybe 8:30 PM. We talked and you told me about you starting this company ,etc. I am an automobile dealer form NJ. I told you I wanted a Peleton and you sold me on a different bike, a bike you said you use in your own home. You even said Peleton was underfunded and may have issues. (Just trying to Jog your memory). You asked if I go on the road and I said no ,I want this bike because I used to spin in a class and I want to have a video or online spin coach as Im not a road guy as you are. You said that this bike deals with IFIT and its only about $9 month compared to Peleton that’s like $50 month. So far so good. I bought everything you offered as I totally trusted you as the owner of this large company. So now after waiting 2 months for delivery I am excited  to finally get to go on the bike so today I`m looking but cant find  the video or live programs for spin classes as that is WHY I bought the bike .At any rate I call IFIT today and they tell me after I give them the serial# that this bike is last years model and is not compatible with any video or live spin classes because I am precluded from  buying  Ifit “plus”. So I say what is Ifit plus? She said PLUS is the only way I can get Coached Spin Classes! My bike I can  only can get Ifit premium which does not have spin video or streaming but only on road tracks.I am very easy , I paid your price, I waited 6 weeks and heard NOTHING from anyone so I called and than they said someone gonna call me back in a couple days and no one did so than I called again in a week and a nice girl handled it and said she was new on the job but she was proactive. So than she called me in a couple more days and said the delivery guys will call me. Ok so now about 2 months from the time I ordered and paid I got the bike and the girl set up the installation that I paid for. ONLY ISSUE IS I CAN`T USE THE BIKE FOR THE REASON I BOUGHT IT!!!     Kenny Schwartz  732-533-4330   I just called Your 800# to tell them my issue and they  said they can`t call me (like dealing with CIA) but they can email me but none of the managers are around to fix this right now so someone should get back to me they said. For the first time in 45 years as an American Express customer I put in a complaint about this transaction ! You will undoubtedly receive notification from them. I told them that I believe you guys are a big honest company but I was concerned about the issue of expediting this problem as my previous experience with your process after getting the credit card payment was not so proactive ,to say the least!

                PS: I do not know how THE EXPERT and OWNER and FOUNDER of this company could lead me in this direction. In all due respect it aint so good! PS: you specifically told me that this bike you pitched me on was like $9 month compared to Peleton at $500 year but you NEVER mentioned that its $500 year on your bike to get the kind of classes I want let alone that the bike is not compatible with what I wanted to do with it. I am not trying to scold you BUT where I am confused is the fact that YOU TOLD ME YOU OWN THIS EXACT BIKE SO THEREFORE YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS PARTICULAR PITFALL AS TO MY INTENDED USE AS WELL AS THERE IS A $500 A YEAR OPTION WHICH SHOULD HAVE TWEAKED SOMETHING IN YOUR BRAIN TO GIVE YOU PAUSE AS I FOLLOWED YOUR SALES PITCH AND INSTRUCTIONS AS I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THESE BIKES FOR HOME USE! Please advise how we can fix my problem. Thank you,Kenny

Jim, your customer service employee called me a few minutes ago after he talked to you. He said you told him that you have sold many of these and that I should call the number 1-877-993-7999 and that they have a program to fix issue. I called the manufacturer and they told me the bike you sold me is an OLD MODEL that they discontinued when the NEW bike came out 4 months prior to me ordering a bike from you. The bike I have IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH A COACH VIDEO. As a matter of fact they told me they call the 2017 model “Ifit Coach”.They explained  I need to return this bike for a Proform Studio Bike Pro which will work with the IFIT PLUS so I can get a spin coach! July5,2017 at 4:50PM I called 800-348-4537 x4006 (Leo answered) she said she spoke to Jessie who will call me back. Amazingly he did call me back in about an hour at 5:35PM and he said he will call me on Friday July 7th to see what he can do with manufacturer.

July 11,2017: He didnt call me a few days ago on Friday so i called him today at 3:25PM. The receptionist asked me to explain the issue (for about the 9th time) and Jessie got on and sid he had a family emergency and couldnt call me Friday but he will call manufacturer today. I told him I want an anwser today or refund my money and pick up the spin bike. Of course he said "do you have the box it came in? I said no because the installer that YOU guys sent that I paid $299 to YOU for installation took the boxes away. That was your agent, not mine .All i di wrong was pay every dollar that Jim Rosen requested with no bargaining. I just wanted what i paid for and what Jim Rosen said i would receive.
