Five Star Moving Horrible customer service & want repair the damages done by the move Duluth Georgia
Five Star Moving company is a rip off. They are a company that doesn't give a dam about their customers.
I have been trying for the past month and a half to have damages repaired in my home done by their movers.
This company has set several appointments with me to have an adjuster come out to view the damages. However, each time the appointment was set the adjuster never showed.
Also, I was over charged for my move because the young man that was handling everything decided that he would make the move longer. Therefore, resulting in me being over charged.
These movers broke furniture in my home, damaged walls and doors throughout my home. This is a brand new home in a brand new subdivision.
When I called to speak with the manager, the office workers wouldn't let me speak with him/her. They were very rude and acted as if though he/she didn't care about what'd taken place.
What has happened to good customer service. There were times when you were paying big bucks to get things done and people treated you well.
This company has the nerve to threaten me after they committed the damages. If there is any advise that I would give to any oen it would be to not ever use this company for your move.
They will over charge you and treat you with disrespect.
