Fix It Why didn't I check before I ordered. I see everyone saying the same thing. You fill out the order form to see your cost but they confirm it as an order without your knowledge and before you know it the stuff is on your doorstep. It should have gotten here overnight for the $72.00 I paid for 2 pens and a small probably junk vacume that I did not order. I have to pay it, looks like no recourse. New Berlin Wisconsin
I went to the site to view the info. sounds like you get the pens for at most 19.95. I ended up with a bill for $70 something and 2 pens and a vacume that I did look at but did not order. They just decided to confirm and process the order without my confirmation. I looked at the site numerous times since it went off one time so I had to call and insist they do not just send me stuff and charge the credit card. I am going to try to stop payment although that is not always easy to do.
