 Frankie installed a used unit at my home and it stopped working the same day. It takes an arm and a leg to get him to service it in which each time it is it stopped working the same day. Since July 12, 2017, I am still without air and he has refused to refund my money. He will use excuse after excuse to include a couple of arrests as valid reasons for not showing up. It is not a customers fault that personal decisions caused those actions to happen. He doesn't show up to service calls when he says he will and at some point he will begin to ignore your calls. It was a 15 day window between my last request of him to fix it and one of his arrests and all I received was excuse after excuse. He does not stand by his warranty otherwise my unit would have been fixed within a timely manner. My last communication with him was not pleasant as he has accused me of buyers remorse instead of realizing he does not have good customer service skills and his service is poor. He has been reported on ripoff report previously. Avoid the headache and do a thorough research! This is not slander as I have copies of text messages and bond receipts to support this!

 As of today, I have a LICENSED HVAC Company that just confirmed that I was ripped off. Nothing under my home was changed with the exception of the circuit board and I have future issues to look forward to. I hope that this report helps future Consumers to avoid this scam of a Company!


 And please make sure this company is licensed

 Mr. Anderson does nothing but absolutely lies which is why we will soon go to court. I promise you this is not a case of buyers remorse, it is a case of unprofrssionalism as no customer should have to beg to have an item fixed as I did. Yes I did tell him numerous times that I would report him and all of a sudden he began responding. He has done this to others. He lies so much that he claims he didn't know that his licensed was suspended this year but you can google Florida's arrest records to show that he has been arrested in previous years for that reason. He is dishonest and google him please..all reviews are not favorable no matter who he tries to payoff NOW.

Yolanda called me and asked for a used air conditioning system because she could not afford a brand new one. When buying something used there is obviously more of a chance of something going wrong which is why we provide warranty. Each time there was an issue we warrantied the equipment. When there was the first initial problem within one day she was harassing me and others in my company with threats to report us to the news, agencies, late phone calls and texts around 9 pm, unless we gave her the money back, which I have records to prove. Then she then later stated she was aggravating us on purpose to make it "easier" for us. She knew that we were a small company therefore we keep a busy schedule, especially in peak season, so we can't get get out as soon as she tells us to jump. My truck went down for weeks therefore it put us more behind which I showed her records of and what she fails to mention. We were still willing to get out there one way or another. If we were "scammers" we wouldn't have been out there 4 times to service her equipment. She rejected us to come out and warranty the equipment the final time because she didn't "trust us" which she had no basis for as we had already been to the house multiple times. I offered to provide another company of her choosing and we would pay for the services since there was an agreement on warranty, and she rejected that to. Throughout the whole process the main words weren"I just want my money back" not "I just need my Ac fixed." There's an agreement for warranty and with the services already rendered there is no way to refund the money when a diagnosis on the system hasn't even been done!!! If she really wanted her Ac system functioning she would have allowed a different company to come out or for us to service it. Being that she didn't this is a clear case of BUYERS REMORSE and she will do anything to slander my companies reputation to get her money back.
