I have been dealing with Flagship Credit for the last year and I am totally disgusted eith their accounting and bookkeeping procedures.  Just about all of my monthly payments have been virtually disbursed, by unwarranted late charges and having no record of them being paid at all. This is so frustating, they do listen to you at all, all they want is the money.  They seem to look for any excuse to charge your account with unjustified charges. I have tried for the last six months to adapt to their procedures but it only gets worse. I have numerous phonecalls from at least five different states, and none are accurate or even knowledgeable of my account, there is no information being noted so that other reps is aware of what the other has spoken to me concerning my account. So in turn i have to explain it all again. My paper is kept with me, so i may  reason with them or see my side of the situation, ironically the customer is always wrong in their eyes. It almost seems as though they were trained that way. So, i am at the point now to let the vehicle go back, I am about to retire in a few months and i surely do no want the hassle and debt to follow me.

You are 100% up to date on your payments and in fact you've never, ever been late but you want to give back the car as a voluntary repo?

How dumb do you think we are, Einstein?

So by you claiming that they are charging you unwarranted late fees, and claiming you are not even making payments.  You must be making every payment on-time and for the full amount due...right?

If that is the case, then your "side of the story" should be pretty simple.  You should be able to provide proof of your payments through your bank and/or other receipts.  Where if they still won't listen, with that sort of proof you would have no issues finding any lawyers who would take this "slam dunk" of a case.

Or are you leaving things out and this is not exactly your "side of the story"?   Because you see, if you are thinking if you give the vehicle back thinking it will erase this debt you are 100% wrong.  They will still come after you for the loan balance.
