Flatiron Financial flatiron financial really is terrible Cenntennial Colorado
one day i received a letter in the mail from flatiron that stated i owed them over 2000 dollars,so i called flatiron and asked them how do i owe them that much money and a lady named susan could not expain to me why i owed so much,so i asked to speak to someone who could help another lady got on the phone and said that they did not receive a payment from me in months so i said how could that be possible so i gave her information about the last payment i made to them and the lady said oops you are only a month behind..i was also told that i could defer a payment and that would make me current.. Everthing was cool until i looked outside and my car was gone... I have 2 kids at home with me and i was not informed of any repo man coming ... We were just stranded i know i was a month behind but i was told with my deferred payment i would be current, i just don't think that was fair..
