This company sent a promotional offer to us for balance transfers and/or cash advances at a special rate. We deposited the checks as directed on the offer and Fleet did not honor it causing our checking account to then be over-drawn by $9000. We immediately called Fleet to find out what the problem was and we were subsequently told by the customer service rep that we had to fax over a copy of the promo. and that a supervisor would call us back in 1 hour.

The rep would neither give us the supervisors name nor any means by which to contact him/her back if we had not heard from him within the hour. After going around and around with them for nearly 30 minutes, we reluctantly agreed to indulge the request by faxing the information over and waiting on the returned telephone call.

It has been 1 hour and 25 minutes and, of course, no-body has called back and we haven't been able to get in touch with anyone that has any information regarding our issue.

I am closing this account and I have strongly advised my wife and relatives to do the same. This company is underhanded and has no concern for their customers.
