First of all you need to realize that this is run by one person who used her own personal property to start this wildlife refuge. One person can only do so much. Would you start a wildlife rehabilitation center in your backyard and accept all animals anyone brought in? Well she does. And should not be bashed or reported like this if she doesn't have enough time to take in every single hurt wild animal with the snap of a finger. She is doing a great thing, most of us would never spend our free time running a non profit wildlife rehab let alone spend thousands of hours taking care of all these hurt animals. The city brings her animals, animal control does, as well as civilians. I brought in 2 eastern cottontails and know they will be taken care of, just by listening to her sheer knowledge of them. She knew exactly what to do and had a plan within 5 minutes. She deserves praise and recognition for this. Not hate mail and negative reports just because she is so under funded and understaffed that she can't take in every single animal immediately. Thank you for even starting this center.
