Floor Expo ripoff the floor material is defective Frisco Texas
Purchased flooring for home. Salesman made certain representations about the durability of the wood laminate flooring. After less than two weeks of installation there were marks and smudge prints. For the last 45 days my wife and I have been shuffled from saleman to salesman.
Finally, given a name and it was the installation manager when we had made it clear that it was not an installation problem. One number that we were given had been disconnected and another no one answered. The product representative has refused to come to our home and inspect the floor and refused to even call us.
Aside from the fact that we believe that the floor material is defective, Floor Expo has refused to put us in contact with a customer service representative or someone in authority to listed to our concerns.
