Florence,#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

FACT: It appears that Mr. Muhammad is using the same cooked up stories to drum up sympathy. What Mr. Muhammad has conveniently left out, is that he has a personal vendetta against me. Mr. Muhammad blames me for the break-up of his marriage. He is very bitter concerning his current situation and pending divorce.
FACT: Mr. Muhammad has a history of mental and physical illness. (This was stated by Mr. Muhammad during two court appearances in March, and April of 2009.)
FACT: I question Mr. Muhammads character, integrity, and motive. Mr. Muhammad has a history of fraudulent business practices, and has a tainted reputation in Florence County, and the Timmonsville community; consequently this is the reasoning behind questioning his ethical and moral values. Mr. Muhammad is a former insurance agent and city councilman. On March 11, 2003, the South Carolina Department of Insurance issued an Affidavit of Default, and a Default Order Revoking Mr. Muhammads Residential Insurance Agents License. The SC Department of insurance revoked Mr. Muhammads license because of his untrustworthy business and insurance practices. Because of these facts I question whether Mr. Muhammad is a trustworthy source.

My rebuttal concerning the following:
FACT: Neither Judge Guiles nor Judge Cooper allowed Mr. Muhammad to file another complaint. Because of this Mr. Muhammad is trying to defame both gentlemen, by questioning their judgement concerning this matter. In addition, Mr. Muhammad failed to state that I asked Judge Guiles to grant him the restraining order in an effort to keep him away from me. I even agreed to pay the court fees. Mr. Muhammad also failed to state that Judge Guiles gave him a verbal order, which Mr. Muhammad disobeyed.
FACT: Mr. Muhammad and I were engaged in a verbal altercation over the phone. I did not threaten his life. I simply stated that he could meet me during the conversation. Mr. Muhammad also failed to state why we were on the phone. Our phone conversation started because he was calling my home as well as stalking me for several months during the 2007, and 2008 calendar years.
FACT: I did not pursue Mr. Muhammad off the road.
FACT: I do not own a firearm. I have a fear of firearms.
FACT: I never stated that I would hurt Mr. Muhammad pretty bad. The Magistrate asked if I was angry during the phone conservation with Mr. Muhammad and stated that I probably would have hurt Mr. Muhammad if I got my hands on him. I agreed.
FACT: Mr. Muhammad has made several false statements in court and on this site. In my personal opinion hes delusional and is in need of psychiatric help. Several of his statements are misleading and tell only parts of a situation that has developed over the past three years.
