You never got a return call from their "sales manager" because it's Neil Marcellino and he's a lying theif! The dealership you bought from used to be called "Scozak Auto Systems, LLC". I guess they built up so many complaints and such a bad reputation for doing things like they did for you that they had to change their name. Same scumbag people, new name. Beware of anything that comes out of Neil's mouth. It'll be a lie! The owner (Zack Grosser) is no better. What a team! I wonder what they'll change their name to next?

The sales manager from the dealership has been in contact with me many times today and will pay for the painting of the nose piece. He has promised to pay the body shop direct for the work. That is a very great service as it keeps his customer out of the middle.
He was understandably frustrated with me for filing this report and not allowing him more time to contact me. It was not fair for me to hold him to the time frame that the office said in which he would return the call. I did not give him proper time to deal with any fires and emergencies throughout his day!
He has said they would pay for the work when the negative comments were removed. After spending time on this site, I have learned that can not be done. I therefore hope that future customers read this and that they see that when resolved this is a high quality business of strong ethics.

You took it upon yourself to buy this used car sight unseen and surprise, surprise, you got the shaft. "A sucker is born every minute"...P. T. Barnum.
