Florida GunWorks FRAUD LIERS RIPOFF Miami Florida
My experience with Florida GunWorks started back in December of 2004. I ordered a gunstock and sent payment via my credit card. It took 4 weeks to receive my item, and it was the wrong item. I sent several e-mails asking what steps I need to take in returning the wrong item and getting a replacement. They never responded to my first email. I would have to email several times to get a response. I was finally able to return item. After 4 more weeks with no word, I emailed them several times about the status of my return/replacement/refund. I was told they had received my item back several weeks earlier, but it must have got missplaced and they would now see about refunding my credit card. I was fed up by this point and told them not to bother with a replacement and just to get my refund taken care of. No response. Finally after several more threatning emails I was told they could not refund my credit card but would issue a check. That was 15 days ago.
I contacted them last weeks asking about my refund and finally got an email this morning stating they could not send a check or refund my credit card due to a change in the credit company they were using. I'm turning this over to the credit card company today to start legal action. This company has done nothing but lie to me and refuse to answer my emails. They also refused to give me a phone number so I could talk with someone in person. They have an attitude like "We have your money - what are you going to do?" They said they would not send a check or refund our account and admitted they received the merchandise back. DO NOT deal with this company - They are bad news!!!!!
