Florida Passport ripoff,lied to 7 times and still no customer sasification as they say their goal is said they would refund within 48 hours and today when I called they said it would be refunded in 7 to 10 days St. Petersburg Florida
Around the 1st of July 2005 I recieved a phone call and was offered a trial membership to florida passport I was told I had 30 days to look it over The day I recieved it I looked it over and decided I did not want the membership.
I wrote on the package Refused-Cancel And sent it back. On July the 29th Florida-Passport processed a check for $149.00 which caused my checking account to be overdrawn After several attempts to contact florida passport with the phone number I had on the check they had processed I contacted the Bank Inquiries number and was told to call 1-888-612-2894 and press the # key twice. finally I recieved a human I requested a refund for 149.00 plus the nsf charges I was told customer satisfaction was their goal.I was told that customer satisfaction was their goal(I still have not been satisfied)I was told the reason I was charged was because I did not call to cancel.
I was told the 149.00 would be refunded but the company would not refund the nsf charges. I requested to speak to a supervisor I was told the supervisor would tell me the same thing again I requested to speak to a supervisor after the third request I was told none was available but one would call me back I am still waiting for that call.After waiting another week I called again and I was told that the companies goal was customer satisfaction I asked for a supervisor to call me and I was told none was available but my 149.00 would be refunded within 48 hours and a supervisor would call me back Today I made my 7th call to florida -passport and ask to speak to a supervisor after several request one finally came on the phone and told me my check would be refunded in 7 to 10 days I am tiredof being lied to what kind of a ripoff company is this?
