1.Finance process.

We bought the Toyota Camry with 84000 miles this year at Florida Quality Motors (FQM), located in Hallandale Beach, FL. After sharing with them that although we have the cash to buy the car outright, we needed to establish credit and we were promised that by financing with them, we could establish credit.



They gave us a Bill of Sale for 29.2% finance charge and they said we would get a book from the West Lake Bank for monthly payments. After 2 month, we still had not received anything from that Bank and they (Florida Quality Motors) said they instead they would finance in-house and that we had to pay them directly and that they would Report to Credit Bureau.



Florida Quality Motors have lied to us from the very beginning and continue to do so. We are paying almost 30 % over the car value, without reporting. They used our trust and lack of knowledge, knowing that we were new to this country to take advantage of us.



2. Lemon.

With a pregnant wife, whom is here in the US for just under a year, they have cost me countless hours running back and forth, supposedly to receive a license place and title for the car, but they did nothing but waste my time, and make me close my business numerous times only to end up empty handed. For my wife its a supposed to be a happy moment, not a sad experience in her life in America.



Finally, another day lost of work, we came back to pick up a new tag and drove the Toyota we had purchased to Florida Quality Motors. After arriving, parking, and waiting for them to put our license plate on the car, when we tried to pull out of their parking lot, the car would not move. Thus, after heated discussion and some mechanical investigation, they realized that the car had a transmission problem. I can hardly believe that they had no idea beforehand. I believe they purposely sold us the car with damage. 



Jillian, the clerk of the FQM said "we will help you and it will take several days". Thus, here we are still, after 2 month and barely any driving of our car. 



The car has now been on their property for more than 3.5 weeks with the transmission problem, that we are still paying for and we cant drive. They said they are not a mechanic shop, and that now we have to pay for repair. In an attempt to resolve this amicably, we have attempted to contact them numerous times over the phone and they are either rude, or hang up on us.



THE FINAL BILL OF SALE DOES NOT HAVE THE SOLD AS-IS CHECKED, and yet they still want us to pay for the damages.

We simply want our money back from FQM, the $2,000 cash deposit and 2 payments of 340.00 each month, the dealer fees (That they illegally taxed us on), and the payments we have made to them for the car. That is all. We also recommend NO one buy cars from Florida Quality Motors.



Im writing this with emotion and ask for help from anyone to help us reach justice. Simple workers like us should be protected by America law and not spending thousands on lawyers.
