I am currently trying to contact them before my free trial review date is up. This is suppose to be Monday. I was going on line to try and contact them since I couldn't seem to get it done over the phone. This is how I came upon this website.
Thank you and I pray that I can actually stop them. I am going to contact my local news broadcast and tell them about this horrible scam and tell them about how helpful you guys are being. I will not forget you. I promise.

My suggestion is to send them a simple notarized CEASE AND DESIST certified letter stating that you DO NOT want to be involved with their company in any capacity whatsoever. You are not to receive anymore of their useless promotions either by fax, email, postal mail, cell phone, land line, telegram, telegraph or pony express. Also let them know that if your account is charged they will be held liable for any charges made and any other incurred fees instituted by the bank as well. I would also call your bank immediately and put a STOP SOURCE PAYMENT on any of their products they sent you. Make it clear in the letter that you are not to be solicited any more and they are to put you on the DO NOT CALL LIST and if they don't it is a violation of your rights and it will cost them a heavy fine. Their Corporate address is: Suntasia Marketing 8751 Ulmerton Road Largo, FL 33771 Corporate Officers can be found on their website: http://suntasia.com/officers.htm I would send the letter to their customer service address you received when you got the package as well as to their corporate address. You can address it to their lawyers name, Donald Booth and a copy of the letter should be also sent to the owners of the company. Let them know you've been trying to call and cancel but with no success. Please make sure you type out a neat, professional looking letter. DO NOT threaten them with any violence. The more calmly you make your demands, the better off you'll be. I promise you if done correctly, chances are you won't hear from them again because if they do, you'll have a lawsuit against them. Hopes this helps.
