Flowers By Val (Valerie) was hired to provide flowers for my daughters wedding. She delivered a partial order and didn't show up for the rest of the order leaving us to scramble on the wedding day. She claims she was in a car accident which was found to be false. After some research we find that she has done the same thing before and claimed car accidents as the excuse. She ignored multiple attempts to contact her via, phone, email and snail mail. We finally tracked her down and she promised to pay but never did. This is truly a rip-off artist that hits people on their most important occassions. I will hopefully see her in small claims court.
