Flowers Today/Blooms Today Scam/double charged me Haymarket Virginia
To whom it may concern, I recently purcharsed balloons from blooms today by phone for my husband who turned 31 for his birthday....which he recieved a bunch of little kid ballonns with little turtles and smiley faces.....!! thats just to start...i then checked my bank statement which was charged my 49 dollars plus 9.95 to join blooms rewards , in fact which i was told i would be billed and it was charged to by card the same day !!!! they took two charges out of 9.95 saying the 1st month was free!!! i did use the online chat with customer service and no one was able to give me an answer.....this is so stupid an i feel even stupider for giving money for this company with staff that does not know how to treat there customers with respect.....i have also contacted the better buisness bueru......the lady the 2nd time closed out the chat sessiionon for me and did not answer my question.!!! these people lie to there customers and i really dont think its right.....!!
