Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First of all, I am a little embarrassed that I fell for this SCAM! I never was treated with any respect by Fluent. Even the President Mike Miller was just plain rude. I know, this should have been a red flag, but something was telling me that they knew what they were doing and their arrogance was because of their expertise in advertising. What was I thinking!!!

I found their website and simply requested more infomation. I was called the next day and was given a pretty convincing sales pitch. I have all the names I spoken with, but will reframe from using them! I was told their "Customers Solutions" campaign was unique...no other company had this software! I was even fed the line that Microsoft was wanting to buy the software! The total price for 18 months to advertise with Fluent was $13,900.

This amount floored me! A few months went by and I was having some success with my MLM so I decided to look at Fluent again. I thought Fluent could really jump-start my business because of their past claims to me. I called and spoke to someone and told this person of my reservations of spending this amount of money. I asked what kind of guarantee Fluent offered. This is where the conversation took a nose dive! After Fluent side-stepped the question, I said I would think about it and hung up.

I decided to email Fluent after the phone call and again asked about a guarantee. About 2 minutes after sending the email, President Mike Miller called and started lecturing me. He gave me this long speech and ended the call by saying and I quote, "Don't blow it"...then he hung up on me!! Again, I know, a red flag should have gone up!

Again I thought if Fluent is so bold as to speak that way with a potential client, then maybe they do have something. If they were hurting for business, wouldn't a person think they would be a lot nicer.

I was contacted again by a company representative and was pursuaded or deceived into using their system. Fluent knew my situation at the time. They knew I didn't have $13,900 just sitting around. Here is where I am kicking myself today...I took out a loan to pay for the 18 month advertising.

I used the system for about one month and discovered that my PayPal account balance was dropping. Come to find out that the Google pay-per-click system Fluent set-up was taking money from my account. In the beginning, it was explained to me that my initial $13,900 would go towards paying the pay-per-click fees. I was lied to again!

Fluent knew I could not afford to pay this expense on top of the $13,900 I already invested! I was lied to by two different Fluent people on more than one occasion! Plus, the "Customers Solutions" campaign yielded ZERO responses even though the people at Fluent were happy with my conversion rate! My campaign received no phone calls, no customers...only ficticious names, emails and phone numbers which I was charged for!!

My own MLM company has a much better system and only costs $19.95/mo. I would like to just chalk this experience up to a lesson learned, but I cannot seem to do it. My money was stolen from me, I was lied to, I was convinced I would have all the customers I would ever need, etc.

I even filed a complaint with the BBB. They sided with Fluent...something very fishy there! The worst part of everything is that I have a balance of several hundred dollars in Google Ad Words now, which means if I put money into my PayPal account, Google will take it. I have only used my campaign for 1 out of 18 months with no responses. I would think there should be some kind of refund here.

To even make matters worse, I have since lost my primary job. I am trying to repay a $14,000 loan on money that was stolen from me!! I would have been better off piling up the $13,900 investment money and burning it...at least I would have seen my money do something!!

There seems to be no justice with this type of SCAM! This is just too much money to let this situation go! I hope no one else makes the same mistake I made. If someone mentions Fluent LLC or Fluent USA, run away as fast as you can!

I tried for months to get a response from Fluent. I finally tried sending yet another email. This time I said I was send 1,000's of emails to MLMers warning them about Fluent. (I wasn't really doing this and never have) Anyway, I received an email from Mike Miller the very next day threatening me with a lawsuit. He even went so far as to send a generic lawsuit form to intimidate me!

My point is obvious, all Fluent is concerned about is making money. They care nothing for their clients and couldn't care less if their so-called advertising system works or not. They will take your money and run...BEWARE PEOPLE!!

Former Sales Employee is Sorry About His Role

I am writing to tell you I am sorry for being part of this scam. What you need to know is that the scam was also played on good people employed to "sell" at Fluent. Every sales person I worked with believed this system was legit but it was not. I am dedicating significant time in trying to figure out what Greg Miller and Mike Miller are doing as their new scam. I will keep looking out for them as my payback for being inadvertently involved in conning so many people out of their $$$$. Again. I am sorry. M.D. former "sales" employee at Fluent.
