Well trading standards got involved and it got to the point I was going to have to take them to a small claims court (I still can due to the work not been done that I have paid for).
The company also goes by another name Mircotek Repair Solutions both the same company (The shop front does say Fone Masters and the reciept states Microtek Repairs Solutions). I have since found out that numerous other people have been left in the same situation and at present the local shop in the UK is avoiding the customers by staying permentaly shut leaving customers unable to contact them and I am aware they are opening another shop locally in the town centre. They threaten customers and do anything they can to keep the item being very vague as to why and tried to push for more money, not sure what the customer service is like abroad but in the UK it is horrendous.
I have posted on another site about them also to find them coming around to my house trying to intimidate me to take down my review which just makes me more stuborn to warn people and hopefully avoid my experiences with the company (I wrote the exact same review I did here).
Due to the situation a friend of mine was with me while seeking legal advice and was appauled at the severity it had gotten to threatening myself (I live alone with my young daughter), turning up at my home etc and had a quiet word with them which resulted in them handing over the phone. The phone itself is not repaired and in awful condition, no refund has been given. But to be honest I have just cut my losses now and happy to get the phone back and will send else were to have it repaired.
I find it appauling how little support there is on situations like this for the consumers and it's something that really needs to be looked at in the UK! The police and trading standards need to be given more flexibility, support and the right to be able to do more for the consumers being threatened and goods basically stolen from them!
I wish you luck and I hope that the shop is not the same as the shop in the uk! P.S I notice on my review I forgot to change the place to the UK for this specific shop that the dispute happened.

Hi was just wondering if you ever did get your phone back? My phones in there for repair now and having a few problems with them and get the feeling I'm not gonna get it back!!!
