Food Lovers Fast Loss System Overcharged me on the food lovers online program, Internet
I ordered the Food Lovers Fat Loss System online one month ago. It took three weeks to get the package. There is supposed to be 6 payments of $19.99 and the first month you pay the shipping and handling which is what I have been charged for so far on that part.
What I want to complain about is the Foodlovers online program. It is supposed to be $4.99 a month and then today I was charged $64.87 for this service. I called customer service and they said I was charged for 13 weeks which is why is was so much. I had a two week trial for free and then it was supposed to be $4.99 a month. They led me to believe that it was charged $4.99 a month for thirteen weeks not charged all at once. When I called they told me they could not refund the 9 weeks I have not used.
I feel I was very misled and that I have been ripped off on purpose. They are sneaky but I guess alot of these tv things are. I just wanted to get these out of there so no one else makes my mistakes of trusting this company.
