 fEB 24TH, 2014  First call to Food Lovers

I've never been upset with a customer service agent in my entire life.  Today I called Food Lovers because I discovered charges on my credit card that I was totally unaware of.  I guess when you order the product and create login information there's "fine print" that your card will get charged for the use of the online service quarterly.  I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS!!!!!   I contacted Food Lovers and ...got a sarcastic snip named Rebecca.  Kudos to her for running the whole company as she refused to let me speak to anyone above her and said there are NO MANGERS or SUPERVISORS that take calls to speak to upset customers.  Isn't that amazing?  I've worked at call centers for over 12 plus years and was a Supervisor for 10 plus years and never ever heard of such a thing.  I did not swear at Rebecca or be unprofessional.  She hung up on me leaving me even more upset and angry.  Is this the customer service that you give supply to your customers????   I for one will NEVER order anything from your company again and I will tell everyone I can what a horrible company Food Lovers is.  I'm sure there's lots of people on the internet that would love to know what kind of customer service and company you represent.
 
Second call to Food Lovers
 
SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN.  NOW THEY HAVE LYERS... ROSE... SHE KNOWS WHEN THE LAST TIME I LOGGED INTO MY SO CALLED ACCOUNT, BUT REFUSES TO GIVE ME THIS INFORMATION AS SHE CLAIMS IT'S IRRELEVENT.  HOW COULD THIS BE NOT IMPORTANT WHEN I'M STATING THAT I HAVEN'T USED THE SERVICE.  RECORDS WILL SHOW, THAT THE LAST TIME I WAS LOGGED INTO THIS SO CALLED ACCOUNT, WOULD HAVE BEEN AROUND THE TIME ...I ORDERED THE PRODUCT.  I WAS NOT AWARE THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED QUARTERLY FOR THIS SERVICE.  I HAVE NOT USED THE SERVICE, AND MY LOGIN INFORMATION OF DATE AND TIME OF MY LAST SESSION, WOULD CLEARLY SHOW THIS.  HOWEVER ROSE SAYS IT'S IRRELEVENT AND THAT SHE WILL NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THIS INFORAMTION NOR MY LAWYER.  I WILL CONTINUE TO INFORM PEOPLE OF WHAT A SHADY, SCAM THIS COMPANY IS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.  ANOTHER ONE THAT DECIDED TO DISCONNECT THE CALL BECAUSE I KEPT BACKING HER INTO A CORNER WITH VALID QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS THAT SHE REFUSES TO ANSWER.!!!!! PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTERD IN FILLING THEIR OWN POCKETS AND THE CUSTOMER.
 
I posted these comments on their Facebook Page and will continue to advise people through social media about their horrible customer service and refund policies.
